Privacy Policy

This policy transparently explains how BTC Crypto Analyzer processes data relating to visitors, authenticated users, and people who use website support.

Last updated: July 18, 2026.

1. Scope and controller

This policy applies to btccryptoanalyzer.com, the analysis dashboard, Google sign-in, and support chat. For the processing described here, BTC Crypto Analyzer determines the essential purposes for using the data and is responsible for the service.

The market dashboard can be viewed without creating an account. Sign-in is required only for features that need to identify the user, such as maintaining an individual support conversation.

3. Why data is used

  • to authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;
  • to associate each support conversation with the correct profile;
  • to allow the administrator to reply and maintain support history;
  • to display approximate visitor and active-account counts in the administrative dashboard;
  • to detect abuse, limit access attempts, and protect the service;
  • to answer data-subject requests, comply with legal obligations, and exercise legal rights when applicable;
  • to correct failures and improve stability, performance, and user experience.

Processing relies on the legal basis applicable to each situation, which may include providing a feature requested by the user, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent when required.

4. Cookies and sessions

The site uses strictly necessary cookies to recognize the browser and maintain authentication. These cookies are not used to store the user’s password.

CookiePurposeExpected duration
btc_visitorAssign a random browser identifier and calculate site activity.Up to 1 year unless deleted by the user.
btc_sessionMaintain the authenticated session and link it to the correct account.Up to 30 days for users; administrative sessions may be shorter.

Session cookies use protections appropriate for production, including restricted JavaScript access and secure HTTPS transmission. Deleting cookies may end the session and reset visitor identification.

5. External services and sharing

Data may be processed by providers essential to operation: Google/Firebase for authentication, Hostinger for hosting infrastructure, and market-data providers for price information. Each provider processes information under its own terms and policies.

Some providers may operate infrastructure outside Brazil, which may involve international data transfers subject to applicable safeguards. BTC Crypto Analyzer does not sell or rent personal data and does not share conversation content for behavioral advertising.

6. Storage and retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the account, preserve user-requested history, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Sessions expire automatically. Administrative-attempt records are periodically removed; older records are currently scheduled for deletion after 30 days.

Account data and messages may remain while a relationship with the service or a legitimate support need exists. Deletion requests are assessed in light of legal obligations, fraud prevention, exercise of rights, backups, and technical restoration limitations.

7. Security measures

Proportionate technical measures include HTTPS, protected cookies, hashed session tokens, origin validation, protection against unauthorized requests, message-size limits, administrative attempt controls, and restricted access to the support dashboard.

No system is entirely immune to incidents. If a relevant event is identified, containment, investigation, and notification measures will be taken as required by applicable law.

8. Data-subject rights

Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), data subjects may request, when applicable:

  • confirmation of processing and access to their data;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information;
  • information about sharing and processing purposes;
  • anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data;
  • deletion of data processed with consent, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • withdrawal of consent and objection to processing where applicable;
  • data portability, subject to applicable regulation.

Official information is available on the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) website.

9. Use by minors

The service is not intentionally directed at children. Market content involves financial decisions and should be used by minors only with appropriate supervision and in accordance with applicable rules.

10. Requests and contact

To request access, correction, clarification, or deletion, use the Support button on the dashboard after signing in with the linked account. Authentication helps confirm that the request was made by the correct data subject.

We may request strictly necessary additional information to verify identity and prevent data from being delivered to or deleted by an unauthorized person.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect technical, legal, or operational changes. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated on the website.
